I'm Morgan, a Sacramento-based photographer specializing in family lifestyle photography. I am married to my high school sweetheart, Caleb, and we have a baby boy named Cruz. I taught middle school math for seven years and chose to stay home when I had my son.
I’ve always had an interest in photography and a plethora of cameras laying around, but once I had my son, the value of images increased exponentially. I found myself wanting to document every single thing; the big, the small and everything in-between. I want our family to have these images to look back on for generations. My goal is to provide families with the same type of heirlooms.
WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
My husband, Caleb, serves in the Air Force, which means our family moves every few years. While I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to experience life in so many different places, it also brings a sense of uncertainty and a lack of control. To balance that, I’ve found that truly savoring each moment helps me regain a sense of grounding. One way I do this is by documenting our lives—our travels, our relationships, and our everyday experiences. This passion for documenting moments is what drives me to show up with a full heart to every session. It’s truly an honor to capture even a small glimpse of your life.
